Protecting your privacy is always of paramount importance to Martin, its staff and associate. You need to understand that information is retailed is required for our KYC records. No information we hold will be shared without you prior approval. However we need to hold sensitive payroll information and are required to collect, use, retain security information for money laundering purposes. All our records are cloud based, we always endeavour made to maintain the latest protection software and scan to prevent any security breach.
Retained Data Base Information
In providing our service, we may obtain personal information from the various sources:
Public records, world check, applications forms, and other information that you provide to us, whether in writing, in person, by telephone, electronically or by any other means. This information will generally include your name, address, employment information, income, and references, plus your transactions with us or others third parties. This information may also include real estate records, email addresses and telephone numbers.
Sharing Information
In the unlikely event, only as a last resort and on receiving the appropriate judicial or regulatory order to divulge your information, will your details be given to the appropriate third party, this being the case, we will may have to provide the information without your consent.
Remember in these circumstances, only such information that is permitted or required by law shall be divulged. Generally we are based in outside your jurisdiction therefore this is unlikely, however where possible you will be fully kept informed.
In addition and as an exception to the above, we may need to provide information about you to our bankers to assist us in effecting certain banking transactions.
Again as stated we will not provide any information about you to any entity unless you authorize us to do so. In the event of such authorization, any partner or none affiliated company or body will not be permitted to use this information for purposes beyond your specific authorization.

Please note that even if you are no longer an active client, our Privacy Policy will continue to be applied to you.
Our Security Practices and Information Accuracy
At all times Martin also take steps to safeguard client information. Access is restrict to the personal and account information of our clients to those employees on a need to know basis. Martin maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with international standards to protect client information.
As previously stated, we also maintain internal and external controls to keep client information as accurate and complete as we can. Should you find or believe that any information about you is not accurate, please let us know as soon as possible.
Other Information
This Privacy Policy applies to services provided by our other associates and partners. Martin reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy, and any of the policies described above, at any time.
Management Fees
Administrative base charge is 3% from £220 per month or its currency equivalent (if you raise an invoice in that month) and an additional £15 per month if you require professional Indemnity cover.
Money transmission fees – A sterling payment to a sterling account in the UK (including the Channel Isles and the Isle of Man) is free.
All other payments are classed as International payments and would attract a bank charge payable by you.
